In projects that shape the industry.The RoleAs a Junior Implementation Manager, you will support European Sprinklr implementations while developing implementation expertise and leadership capabilities. You'll work across multiple European markets and contribute to our regional implementation practice.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Sprinklr implementations for European enterprise clientsSupport senior team members with project delivery and client managementDevelop expertise in European market dynamics and regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.)Contribute to implementation methodology development for European marketsAssist with training and knowledge transfer across the European teamSupport business development activities through client references and case studiesRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or technical rolesUnderstanding of European business culture and regulatory environmentStrong communication skills in English; additional European languages preferredExperience with enterprise software or digital platform implementationsAbility to travel within Europe (approximately 25%)Live in and have a UK/EU work authorizationLanguage RequirementsProfessional proficiency in English (required)Additional languages preferred: German, French, Spanish, ItalianCultural awareness and experience working in multiple European markets
