Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.The Director of Corporate Services plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading our corporate advisory services, overseeing the Risk & Reward, Pensions, and Employee Engagement teams. This strategic leadership role drives the development and delivery of market-leading corporate financial planning solutions, ensuring a cohesive and commercially focused client experience that supports retention, growth, and revenue targets.The postholder is responsible for developing innovative, compliant, and high-performing solutions that address the complex needs of our corporate clients while ensuring we remain at the forefront of the financial planning and employee benefits market.Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Vision:Develop and execute the corporate strategy in alignment with Titan's growth ambitions, working closely with executive leadershipAct as the strategic lead across all corporate service lines: pensions, employee engagement, and risk/rewardMonitor trends in legislation, financial markets, and corporate needs to ensure offerings are competitive, relevant, and future-focusedServe as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to wider organisational strategy, culture, and governanceClient Growth & Revenue Generation:Drive business development efforts to acquire and retain mid-to-large corporate clientsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the business to maximise client lifetime valueExecute targeted growth strategies in mid-large corporates, leveraging Titan's vertically integrated model (financial planning → investment → custody)Develop pricing and service models that drive sustainable profit growth while meeting client needsLead high-level client relationships, providing thought leadership, commercial insights, and strategic guidanceOversee pricing, proposition value cases, and develop commercial models to drive profitabilityTeam Leadership & Operational Oversight:Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (Risk & Reward, Pensions, and Employee Engagement), ensuring clarity of purpose, accountability, and performanceSet clear KPIs and targets aligned to service excellence, regulatory compliance, and commercial outcomesCreate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the corporate functionOversee operational processes and service delivery standards to ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfactionRisk Management & Governance:Ensure that all corporate services operate in full compliance with FCA regulations, pensions legislation, employment law, and internal risk policiesLead governance frameworks to monitor and manage risk exposure across all corporate client relationshipsChampion a strong risk-aware culture across teams, supporting robust decision-makingProduct & Proposition Development:Oversee the design and enhancement of corporate financial solutions, including group pensions, flexible benefits, total reward, and employee engagement platformsCollaborate with marketing and proposition teams to enhance brand visibility, thought leadership, and sales enablement for corporate offeringsEnsure products are commercially viable, client-centric, and adaptable to market shiftsExperience required:Essential:Proven senior leadership experience within corporate financial planning, employee benefits, or wealth managementDeep knowledge of pensions (DB, DC, group schemes), reward strategies, and employee engagement modelsTrack record of delivering revenue growth through strategic client engagement and solution designStrong understanding of FCA compliance, risk frameworks, and financial product regulationCommercial acumen and ability to build high-value relationships with C-suite clientsDesirable:Experience scaling operations or leading a function through transformation/growthExperience within a private equity-backed or fast-scaling businessSkills, Competencies & Qualifications (Essential & Desirable): Essential:Strategic thinking with commercial and financial insightInspirational leadership and people managementExceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skillsDeep technical understanding of corporate pension and benefits structuresStrong communication and presentation skillsAnalytical with a solution-oriented mindsetChange and transformation leadershipDesirable: Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent qualificationOur employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.
