Job DescriptionThe Snr Sourcing Lead - Construction & Fitout role in Manchester/Leeds/London/Nottingham requires expertise across complex procurement and sourcing within indirects. Industry agnostic but a bias towards: retail, financial services. The successful candidate will lead sourcing strategies and deliver cost-effective solutions that align with organisational goals.Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a large client of our who are a leading FTSE100 organisation.DescriptionDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for construction, redevelopment, fit-out and office move related projects.Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value for money.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or risks proactively.Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met in sourcing activities.Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to senior management.ProfileA successful Snr Procurement & Sourcing - Construction & Fitout should have:Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices in the financial services industry.Proven experience in managing construction-related sourcing projects.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and mentor a team.Proficiency in analysing data and preparing detailed reports.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Job OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £78,300 to £95,700 per annum.Comprehensive benefits pack.Permanent role within a large organisation in the financial services industry.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Based in Manchester with a supportive and professional company culture
