Primarily, you will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for tracking, monitoring, and processing post-sale service contracts. This role is expected to run until April 2027.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Calculate new service contract pricing and prepare client-facing proposal documents.Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and provide client-facing proposal documents.Update and maintain various tracking reports and corresponding client folders with relevant information.Monitor emails for new installation project requests or support uplift pricing requests, where required.Monitor emails for service support contract compliance.Liaise with Account Managers to follow up on quotes issued.Track and report on quote status.Liaise with the Global Helpdesk team and Service Managers regarding service contract-related pricing and queries.Work closely with a global team of service contract co-ordinators, where required, to support global service contract management.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMust-Haves:Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.Nice-to-Haves:Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar service contract support role (preferred).Experience utilising company intranet systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.Physical Requirements:The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position.
