Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage mature client portfolio whilst providing a high level of service throughout the contract life cycle. We will support you in developing your industry knowledge to increase your earning potential.The role is office based but we will consider remote working for experienced Energy Consultants / Account Managers.The RoleManage contract renewals, including up-selling, cross-selling and occasional selling to new clientsPreparing tender proposals, presenting quotes and securing contractsSupport clients with billing queries in collaboration with our Billing TeamMaintain regular contact with the clients and provide market intelligenceCommunicate client needs and demands to energy analysts and admin operation teams.Our ideal Energy Consultant / Account Manager should have the below skills:3+ years industry and B2B sales experience with a TPI or energy supplierEffective communication and relationship building skills with proven track record in nurturing long-term client partnershipsProfessional, assertive, and drivenGood written and organisational skills with high attention to detailStrong commercial awareness with good understanding of the UK non-domestic Gas & Electricity marketsCollaborative team playerTenacious attitude – Sales can be a tough job, so we are looking for someone who doesn't give up easily.Package and BenefitsRemuneration package consisting of basic salary, commission, monthly KPI's bonus and annual bonus to give realistic and contractually guaranteed OTE of £54-60k .From Year 2 onwards, OTE can be significantly higher due to portfolio development.Career progression opportunities available.Company trips & events – recent successful events include trips to Brussels, Croatia, Barcelona, Portugal, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go-Karting and Swinger's Crazy Golf Night26 days annual leave subject to length of service + bank holidaysOn site Pool table, Chess board & Gaming System, Relaxing Zone, Outdoor Private Lunch AreaOnsite parking including EV charger.If you think you are the person to make a success in this role and would like a long and rewarding career in energy industry, please contact us.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingUtilities and Services for Renewable EnergyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Commercial Energy Solutions Ltd (CES) by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
