Job DescriptionDue to a change in contractual need, we need a Maintenance Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a static office building in EalingAbout the RoleThe Maintenance Electrician, you’ll ensure all electrical systems within our offices operate safely and efficiently. From carrying out preventative maintenance to responding to day-to-day issues, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace for the buildings office staff.What You’ll Be Doing * Conducting electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs across the office. * Performing fault-finding, testing, and planned preventative maintenance. * Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small power systems. * Ensuring all work meets electrical regulations and company safety standards. * Assisting with general facilities tasks and responding to helpdesk requests. * Liaising with external contractors during all facilities related projects.What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). * Experience working in commercial or office environments. * Strong fault-finding abilities and a commitment to safety. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) is desirable but not essential.This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend or become permanent for the right personFor more details or to apply, please contact Liam Hargate at Coyles
