We are working with a leading global insurance provider that specialises in innovative risk management and insurance solutions for the real estate sector. Their London-based Real Estate Claims team is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their UK division.The role:As a Claims Handler, you will manage an allocated portfolio of real estate clients across the UK. You will provide expert claims services, support associates within the team, and help develop client relationships through consistent, high-quality service. You will manage complex claims to conclusion, negotiate with insurers, provide advice on policy cover, and contribute to business growth through client presentations and tenders.Key responsibilities include:Understand client insurance programmes and service plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and loss adjustersConduct periodic claim portfolio reviews and provide management informationManage sensitive or large claims effectively and professionallyEnsure claims are registered and updated accurately on internal systemsParticipate in tenders and present the claims proposition to prospective clientsMaintain knowledge of regulatory procedures and internal claims processesAbout you:Strong technical property claims experienceExcellent knowledge of Real Estate/Property insurance classesAbility to analyse and interpret claims dataExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenCII qualifications or working towardsStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetWhy join:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly respected, client-focused team with exposure to high-profile real estate clients.
