Business Processing Executive (Maternity Cover) Remote (UK) + office-based every Friday in Whiteley, Hampshire Fixed-term contract: January 2026 – June 2027 Working hours (weekly):Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am – 2:45pmFriday (in office): 9:00am – 5:00pmSapphire Financial Planning is looking for an organised, client-focused Business Processing Executive to join us on a maternity cover basis. This role is central to ensuring client investment business is processed smoothly, accurately and in line with required policies and procedures.About Sapphire Financial PlanningSapphire Financial Planning is a financial planning firm providing advice and ongoing support to individuals and families. We pride ourselves on clear communication, high service standards and a robust approach to governance and client care. We operate in association with St. James's Place Wealth Management, a leading UK wealth management business providing financial advice and investment management solutions, alongside strong operational and regulatory frameworks.The roleYou'll liaise with clients who are making investments, working closely with our advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to oversee cases end-to-end and keep everything progressing efficiently.Key responsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for clients throughout the investment processing journey, providing clear updates and guidance.Liaise with advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to progress applications through to completion.Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and recorded appropriately at each stage.Oversee case pipelines, proactively chasing outstanding items and resolving queries to prevent delays.Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring files are audit-ready and compliant with internal procedures.What we are looking forExperience in financial services administration / business processing / client servicing (financial planning environment preferred).Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently.Strong IT skills and confidence using systems, email and provider platforms.What we offerHoliday entitlementTraining and developmentBonus opportunityA supportive team and structured onboarding
