The school is committed to nurturing a love of learning, while also helping young people become kind, thoughtful citizens of the world.Main Responsibilities – KS2 TeacherThe successful KS2 Teacher applicant will:Plan and deliver effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where pupils are inspired to learnAssess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform teachingMaintain clear behaviour expectations in line with the school’s ethosCollaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school improvementTake part in enrichment activities, school trips, and extracurricular clubsEngage actively in CPD and demonstrate a commitment to professional growthFoster strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school communityCandidate Profile – KS2 TeacherThe school would like to hear from individuals who:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an undergraduate degreeHave successful experience teaching the primary curriculum, ideally in Key Stage 2Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom managementAre reflective practitioners who strive to improve outcomes for all learnersShow a good understanding of child development, learning progression, and inclusive practiceCommunicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and speakingWork well as part of a team, showing initiative and a positive attitudeAre passionate about making a difference and helping children flourishThis is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated KS2 teacher looking to join a thriving school community and contribute to a culture of high standards and continual improvement.KS2 Class TeacherApply for this KS2 teacher opportunity by sending your CV to Clarus Education.
