This role offers the chance to manage all safety remedials ensuring the properties are fully compliant in line with legislations.You will be working for a public sector organisation that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, teams work and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.Responsibilities of a Fire Compliance Surveyor:Assessing the fire actions including doors, alarms and compartmentation Reviewing current and future FRAsManaging external contractors Supporting the safety team to ensure all procedures are followed and completed to a correct standard Key skills needed for a Fire Compliance Surveyor:Background within fire safety/prevention Fire related qualificationsDesirable for social housing experience Experience checking actions across a range of properties Benefits of a Fire Compliance Surveyor role:£30-£35 an hour Hybrid working Business MilesOpportunity for extension Location & travelThis role is based in the Gloucestershire area, offering a central location with excellent transport links.
