This position is based in Glasgow City Centre working hybrid.Responsibilities:Lead strategic client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial alignmentDrive business development, contribute to planning, and grow your client portfolioManage and develop actuarial staff, including recruitment, performance, and career progressionTo be considered you must be qualified Actuary with a current Scheme Actuary Practicing Certificate (or a willingness to apply in the future), have a deep expertise in the UK DB pensions market and actuarial landscape. Proven leadership and people management experience and commercially astute with a strong understanding of industry trends. You'll be driven, committed and enjoy exceeding client expectations.
