Head of FP&ALocation | ManchesterRenumeration | £120,000 + Bonus WP14715We are partnering with a large cap PE backed portfolio business who are entering the next part of there cycle. You will join the finance function as a commercially astute leader and play a critical role in driving performance and strategic insight. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the wider leadership team.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing monthly reporting and producing clear, insightful financial analysis.Help develop and delivering board-level reports in line with Private Equity expectations.Supporting the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, including international operations.Lead the budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow modelling processes.Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business on growth initiatives and commercial strategy.Contributing to ad hoc projects tied to scaling, transformation, and value creation.Requirements:Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).Significant experience in FP&A, ideally within multi-site or consumer-facing businesses.Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting under tight deadlines.A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.Previous exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
