We help independent retailers build organic communities that drive millions in online sales.About You Ability to own, manage, and scale high-volume advertising campaigns exclusively within Meta Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive campaign decisions (ROAS, CPA) Strong strategic skills to develop and execute rigorous A/B testing plans across creative, copy, and audience segments Ability to manage significant & small monthly budgets efficiently and pace spend to performance targets Proven understanding of technical elements like Meta Pixel, CAPI, and handling iOS privacy changes Self-Motivated & have a brilliant work ethicWe're growing quickly, things are a bit chaotic (in a good way), and we need someone who can dive headfirst into the madness with us. The RoleAs a start-up, we have to be dynamic. This performance-focused hybrid role is key to our future & growth. We partner with 100s of retailers across the country and plan to triple in size over the next 12 months, both in the UK & USA.You'll take charge of driving profitable customer acquisition by owning our end-to-end paid media efforts on Meta. You will manage and optimise daily spend, conduct deep audience research, and collaborate closely with our Creative team to ensure a constant supply of high-performing ads.Your data organisation and deep platform expertise are key for this role. Alongside outside-of-the-box thinking to find new scaling opportunities, you are obsessed with hitting efficiency targets. You are the first point of contact for performance issues and optimisationKey Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Meta/Facebook Media Buyer.Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns to achieve significant ROAS/CPA goalsExceptional proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events ManagerProven ability to work within a fast-paced, data-driven environmentWhat's in it for you?Join a growing scale-up in a £50bn+ UK sectorSalary of up to £36,500/year DOE + realistic growth oppertuntiesHybrid role.
