Ready to make your move?We are excited to announce the opportunity for multiple Insurance Claims Management Interns to join our dynamic team within our European Insurance Claims Department at our contact center in Aldershot.This internship will offer you the opportunity to specialise within either our Damage Recovery Unit or our Non Fault Team - both integral departments that support the majority of brands that sit under the Enterprise Mobility umbrella across the UK and parts of Europe.As this role supports both UK and European operations we are especially interested in hearing from candidates who speak Spanish, French or German.The Damage Recovery team oversee the administration and cost recovery of all damage that occurs to our fleet of 100,000+ vehicles in the UK & Ireland for Enterprise, National, Alamo & Enterprise Car Club.The Non Fault claims team oversee the processing, monitoring and recovery of all our UK Non Fault claims. These are when a customer is involved in a non fault accident and Enterprise provide a replacement vehicle and repair services.You wont need prior industry experience, it is learning by doing, not by getting coffee or filing all day. Our university interns take on the same challenges on their internship as our first and second year full-time professionals. You'll be part of a team-based environment where Enterprise employees are supportive and fun to work with.This position will commence in Summer 2026 and offers a varied role with exciting and unique learning and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and communication skills, excellent time management and exceptional attention to detail.This role will be based in Aldershot, Hampshire for the entire 12 months. Our office is centrally located with great transport links to nearby towns including: Farnborough, Farnham, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bracknell and Woking.(We accept applications from all second year undergraduate university students, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.)ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:Examination and investigation of insurance and damage claims Providing exceptional customer service to both external customers and our rental teamsNegotiation and cost recoveryWorking in a target driven environmentGaining an insight and exposure into how other areas of our business workWe encourage a fun and friendly environment in the office, not only will you be part of a large team you will also be working alongside other interns with similar goals and ambitions.QualificationsAttributes needed for this role will be:Strong analytical, communication & organisational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.A demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks & demands.Intermediate knowledge/proficiency of a variety of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.Good interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain sensitive information and records.A second language, Spanish, French or German is a bonus but not essential.The Successful Candidate WillBe able to pass a security check including financial probity/basic criminality.Be available to commence the placement during Summer 2026 for 12 months.Be living within a commutable distance to Aldershot for the 12 month period.What You Need To KnowHours: 40 per weekDuration: July 2026 for 12 months
