Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients highly regarded firm in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.Role Overview:• To administer all aspects of residential conveyancing on behalf of clients.• To provide advice to clients in relation to conveyancing, within the boundaries of their legal qualification.• To supervise fee earning work from their respective assistant (if applicable)• Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.• Be effective in developing new work from existing clients and seek new clients for themselves and others.• To exercise high standards of client care at all times.• Ensuring confidentiality and security of the Firm’s and clients documentation.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:• Experience in of running a residential conveyancing caseload.• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing excellent client care.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• To take responsibility for your health, safety and welfare, and that of anyone affected by your acts and omissions at work.• To follow all company and/or statutory rules and procedures provided for your safety and security.• To participate fully in any training activity that is provided for your development.• To undertake any other reasonable task or responsibility requested by your Line Manager or Senior Partner.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial RecruitmentPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
