We're looking for a Solicitor or CILEX lawyer (up to 3 years' PQE) to join a Court of Protection Health & Welfare team, helping people who cannot make decisions about their care, treatment, or living arrangements.About the role:Support vulnerable clients and their families with best-interest decisionsAssist with Court of Protection applicationsProvide clear, calm guidance in sensitive situationsWork alongside health, social care and rehab professionalsMix of Legal Aid and private client workLocation & hours:Based in Manchester (some travel may be required)Full-time, 35 hours, flexible workingAbout you:Solicitor or CILEX with up to 3 years' PQEExperience with vulnerable clients (family law, mental health, safeguarding or COP work)Excellent communicator with a calm, empathetic approachMotivated to learn and grow in a specialist areaWhy this matters: This is a chance to develop specialist expertise while genuinely improving lives.
