Senior Group Reporting Manager – FTSE 250 | Hertfordshire | £105,000 + Car + Bonus | Hybrid (2 Days On-Site)I am working exclusively with a highly respected, fast-paced FTSE 250 multinational based in Hertfordshire to appoint a Senior Group Reporting Manager. This is a key leadership position within a sophisticated Group Finance function, offering exposure to a complex global environment and senior stakeholders across the business.The OpportunityThis role will lead a team of four qualified accountants and will be responsible for delivering high-quality Group reporting, technical accounting insight, and best-in-class governance. The organisation operates at scale and pace, making this an ideal move for an ambitious reporting specialist seeking to step up within a listed environment.You will work closely with senior finance and operational leadership, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information across the Group.You'll be involved in: Lead and develop a team of four qualified accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementOversee Group consolidation, statutory reporting, and preparation of the Annual ReportEnsure compliance with IFRS, PLC governance and external reporting standardsOwn month-end and year-end reporting cycles across a fast-paced international businessProvide technical accounting guidance to senior stakeholders and business unitsSupport Board and Audit Committee reporting requirementsDrive improvements across reporting processes, systems and controlsAct as a key liaison with external auditorsContribute to broader finance transformation initiativesYour background: I am seeking an outstanding reporting professional with:ACA (or equivalent) qualification from a Top 10 practiceSeveral years of post-qualified industry experience, ideally within a complex multinationalStrong understanding of PLC reporting requirements, IFRS and technical accountingA proven ability to manage, inspire and develop high-performing teamsExceptional attention to detail with the ability to operate at paceStrong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for driving best practiceThis is an ideal opportunity for someone currently operating at Group Reporting Manager level or a rising star looking for a clear next step.What's on offer?£105,000 base salary, Car allowance, Annual bonusHybrid working: 2 days per week in the Hertfordshire officeIf this could be of interest apply below or reach out via email- rob.patterson@jss-finance.com
