All of this with a supportive management team as well as working alongside some of the industry's top talent.You'll have access to wellbeing programs, fantastic discounts across many big-name businesses including supermarkets, gym memberships, restaurants, and healthcare cash plans etc.Further Perks Of Working With Us (Fixed Benefits)Employer pension contribution of 10% (providing you, the Employee provides 5%).Good work life balance - flexibility to suit you.Competitive salary.Life Assurance at X4 of your base salary.Group Income Protection.Generous Annual Leave entitlement.Private Medical Insurance.Group annual bonus scheme.Key Role AccountabilitiesIs the first point of contact during early negotiations for incoming teams to PF.Will lead projects to onboard and backload risks for incoming teams.Is a SME for BOR arrangements.Is the main point of contact for new business for the given LOB and should refer to the Team Lead should assistance be required.Is the first point of contact for Urgent requests and escalations from the incoming broking teams to which they are aligned – should see each case through to completion.PPC/PPW oversight for the assigned division.Monitor workloads using the workflow tool (PowerBi) to ensure that all work is completed within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).Is jointly responsible for the BCP contingency mailboxes in the event of a workflow tool failure – must ensure that all work is allocated and monitored to completion.Will liaise with counterparts within IBA and attend Credit Control Meetings for given LOB/incoming broking team.Will review ledgers regularly to ensure that premiums are signed in real time and legacy issues are resolved.Regular review of any missed/missing PI's in EdgeJoins weekly/monthly call with the Middle Office/Broking Teams.Will monitor income and ensure all items in Forecast are processed to meet forecast/budget in a given month – keep Pillar Lead appraised to report back to Finance.Liaise daily/regularly with the Processing Team aligned to your LOB.Escalate any Training and Development needs within the Processing Team.Review RFT stats for their LOB and liaise with broking team to drive improvement in slip production etc to increase RFT% and reduce queries/rejections.LOR's as required.Will follow up escalations from Insurers.Is the first point of contact for the Annual Audit sample requests.Ensure that complex processing and/or high value clients receive an excellent service.Qualifications & ExperienceOther responsibilities and activities as required.Previous Premium Processing experience is required for multiple lines of business.Person SpecificationAble to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.MS Office skills.Good communication skills – written and verbal.Organised.Determined and resilient.Think you don't meet every requirement?We are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can thrive .
