You will work hands-on with compute, storage, and networking equipment, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeploy new hardware (servers, storage, networking) to expand data centre capacityPerform physical repairs and upgrades on existing infrastructureIdentify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, connectivity, and configurationRelocate or reconfigure hardware to support operational changesDecommission and recycle outdated equipment in line with company policiesExecute network maintenance and deployment tasks, including cabling and port testingUse hardware/software tools and automation workflows to support daily operationsMaintain accurate records of activities, including asset tracking and configuration updatesParticipate in 5S and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with technical teams to coordinate hardware replacementsDocument repair and maintenance activities, including system configuration updatesParticipate in emergency response effortsAdhere to all safety, security, and operational proceduresUphold EOS values of integrity, innovation, and teamworkESSENTIAL CRITERIATechnical diploma or certification in electronics, IT hardware, or related fieldExperience in data centre or IT hardware environments preferredBasic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with network componentsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in EnglishEffective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to travel locally between data centre sitesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift and manoeuvre equipment up to ~50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 poundsDexterity to manage small and complex componentsFrequent standing, bending, and movement in confined spacesAbility to work in environments with elevated temperatures and noise levelsBELONGING AT EOSAt EOS, we believe diversity drives innovation.
