This role is critical in ensuring all housing stock complies with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and other relevant Health & Safety legislation.You'll be a trusted specialist - conducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), identifying and managing fire safety risks, and supporting the delivery of safe, compliant housing for our residents.
