Meraki Talent are delighted to be partnering again with our long-standing client, who are a leading UK wide business to recruit Financial Reporting Accountant.This is a fantastic time to join this high profile team, with good variety of responsibilities, group consolidation, financial control, reporting and project involvement and continuous improvement. Key duties of the role include:Assist with the production of the group consolidated financial results Financial and Statutory Reporting Financial Control with enhancement of the control environmentComplete interim and full-year financial statements with full commentaryTake ownership of ad hoc technical accounting requestsFinancial Analysis - analyse large datasets, interpret key metrics, trends and results; produce key MI analysisStakeholder management and engagementActively involved in continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement.Experience required:Ideally ICAS (ACA) or ACCA Qualified - will consider non-qualified with relatable consolidation experienceExperience of working with large corporate cultures, ideally Banking / Financial Services or Global businessesDemonstrate good Statutory and Financial ReportingOn offer:Salary - £55-60kPerformance related bonus.Above market Pension contributions12 month contract, potential for extension/permanentHybrid & flexible working.Full suite of corporate benefits.
