Role: Land Development ManagerLocation: UK - Remote working with sites visitsSector: Data Centres / Hyperscale DevelopmentWe are looking for a Land Development Manager to support strategic development programs across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy supporting some of the world's largest hyperscale data centre clients across Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the permitting, planning and pre-construction phases of major hyperscale projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to hyperscale clients, you'll coordinate all aspects of land acquisition support, planning, permitting, and site readiness, ensuring each site is primed for successful delivery. This is a remote role based in the UK with periodic travel across the region, offering exposure to complex, high-value developments shaping the future of digital infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the early-stage development lifecycle for multiple hyperscale projects.Oversee due diligence, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.Coordinate planning and permitting processes, engaging with consultants and local authorities.Support land acquisition efforts, advising on constraints, risks, and development strategy.Act as the key interface between clients, technical teams, and delivery partners.Monitor and report on programme, budget, and risk during pre-construction stages.About YouProven experience in land development, project management, or development consultancy, within data centres.Strong understanding of planning, permitting, and development processes across Europe.Confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex, multi-country projects.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Willing to travel across the UK when required (role otherwiseAPPLY NOW Send your cv to kelly.mckeevor@novalithadvisory.com
