Lead the Future of Data CentersThe position can be based in Madrid (preferred) or London, Frequent international travelIn today's hyperconnected economy, Data Centers power the digital world. We are seeking a high-caliber KAM – Deputy Director to spearhead market growth, secure and launch major design and construction contracts, and forge strategic partnerships with the industry's most influential developers.Your missionDefine and execute the market strategy for Data Centers.Build relationships with top-tier developers and global stakeholders.Secure and oversee contracts for high-profile, mission-critical projects.Lead "greenfield" project development from concept to delivery.Represent the company at executive-level meetings across Europe, North America, and Oceania.What you bringDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Data Center projects as end client, project manager, and/or design lead.Proven success in initiating and delivering "greenfield" projects.Track record in international projects (essential).Fluent English (C1) and advanced MS Office 365 skills.Willingness to travel globally.What we offerExecutive-level career growth and leadership opportunities.Engagement in cutting-edge, high-impact projects worldwide.Flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.A collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment.
