They deliver a wide range of construction and renovation projects across multiple sectors — including NHS, education, commercial, and luxury residential — tailoring their services to meet the unique requirements of each client and environment.With expertise spanning new builds and specialist refurbishments, our client has established a reputation for quality, reliability, and delivering projects to the highest standards.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction and refurbishment projects. This is a senior-level role requiring excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple construction and refurbishment contracts from pre-construction through to completion. * Oversee project teams, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Lead on contract administration, procurement, and cost control processes. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout each project. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve operational excellence.About You * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction or refurbishment industry. * Strong technical understanding across a variety of project types, including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential. * Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. * A proactive and professional approach, with a commitment to quality and safety.What’s on Offer * Opportunity to join a respected and growing regional contractor. * Diverse project portfolio across multiple sectors. * Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture. * Competitive salary and benefits package
