About the RoleAs a Learning Support Mentor you will be responsible for providing mentorship for new employees and supporting the development of existing staff. You will help new employees transition into the role of a Learning Support Assistant at Activate Learning.You will ensure they have access to appropriate resources, receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing support. In addition, you will support our existing staff with day‐to‐day duties, offering guidance where necessary. You will work closely with the LSA Team Lead to deliver positive achievements whilst providing high‐quality support to our students throughout their learning journey.We are offering a full‐time, permanent contract (35 hours per week, term‐time only).QualificationsEnglish and Maths at a minimum of Level 2Experience of working with young people or adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilitiesEvidence of teamwork and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external customersWho We AreActivate Learning is a pioneering education group with a global reach, committed to transforming lives through our approach to learning.
