Job DescriptionPrivate Client Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive – Taunton or Tiverton Salary and benefits:Very competitive salary up to £70,000+ depending on experienceFlexible & remote working optionsOpportunity for leadership responsibilities within the department Life Assurance This law firm is very well-established with multiple offices across the South West. It already has a sizable and collaborative private client department and remains busy The position is a senior-level role within the private client department.You will handle complex private client matters, support team management and potentially step into leadership responsibilities.The role offers flexibility in office location (Tiverton, Taunton or potentially others) and can accommodate remote work for part of the week Responsibilities:Manage a complex caseload of private client mattersProvide support to the overall head of department Potential to progress to Team Leader very quickly Assist with team management and oversight, supporting less experienced team members Work collaboratively across multiple office locationsHandle probate, trusts, wills and court protection work as neededCover the more complicated estate & trusts work About You:Solicitor or legal ExecutiveExperienced within private client lawAt least 2 years PQE Able to manage complex caseloads independentlyWillingness to work across multiple office locations or remotely as neededOpen-minded about taking on leadership or head of department duties as/when required What next?Click on apply now to send your CV across Or call Paul Norman for a confidential chat about this and other private client opportunities across the South West region #INDMALS
