Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Audit Senior to join our team based in Oldham You will be joining a growing Audit team and be responsible for the full Audit process from Client introduction through to Completion of the Audit File for Review.Brief Job DescriptionAs an Audit Senior your role will include:Preparation of statutory accounts using CCH softwareObtaining an understanding of client systems and processes to aid in determining thedirection of testingClient and industry research to aid in planning process, including risk identificationCompleting audit planning including materiality calculation and sample size calculationsCompleting designated assignments within a timely manner. These will cover all aspects ofthe balance sheet and P&LAnalysing financial statements for anomalies and regulatory complianceLiaising with clients to attain relevant information necessary to complete audit proceduresAssisting senior staff with complex and significant risk areasCompletion of audit file for review by Senior ManagerReporting and advising on identified internal control observations and misstatements tomanagementAttending and performing year end stock countsRequirements for the roleThe Ideal Audit Senior will:The Ideal Audit Senior will be able to complete the full Audit CycleA working knowledge of CCH, Audit Automate and Data Snipper will be advantageousIn return an Audit Senior will receive the following benefits:24 hour GP accessAccess to a EAP platformAccess to an employee discount schemeAccess to a Cycle to work scheme4 times death in ServiceAccess to a green car schemeDiversity & Inclusion at bk plusAt bk plus, inclusion and diversity are central to our values.
