Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.About the roleWe are seeking passionate and experienced Beauty Therapy professionals to lead, inspire, and support students undertaking their Level 3 Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship.As an Associate Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, relevant content, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.If you’re passionate about shaping future talent and driving excellence in beauty therapy, we’d love to hear from you.About youQualifications: Level 3 Qualification or above in Beauty Therapy. A teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment is ideal but not essential.Experience: You’ll bring extensive industry experience in beauty therapy.
