Job DescriptionSEN Teaching Assistant Barnet, NW9 (commutable from Colindale, Burnt Oak, Hendon, Mill Hill, Edgware) £105-£115 per day Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-termLong Term Futures is seeking a confident, consistent and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 6 male pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is ideal for someone who can offer calm structure, build strong rapport and help the pupil stay focused and engaged as they work towards Key Stage 2 SATs. With Year 6 being a high-priority year, the school is looking for a TA who can support both the academic and emotional demands of SATs preparation while ensuring the pupil feels secure, motivated and ready to learn each day. About the RoleWorking alongside the class teacher and SENCo, you will play a key role in supporting the pupil's learning, confidence and self-regulation.
