Job Description7.5-Ton Driver Bulk Uplift CrewPertemps are currently recruiting 7.5-ton Drivers to join our clients Bulk Uplift Team in Edinburgh East. This is a hands-on role where youll support vital environmental services by collecting bulky household items and helping keep local communities clean and safe.Location: Edinburgh EastHours: 4 days on / 4 days off 06:00 to 17:02 (45-minute break)Pay: £14.02 £15.68 per hourDuration: Temporary ongoing workIf you like being active, enjoy working outdoors and want a job where every shift makes a visible difference, this could be a great fit.What Youll Be DoingDriving a 7.5-ton vehicle as part of the bulk uplift serviceCollecting bulky household items (furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc.)Working with the crew to safely lift, load, and remove items from propertiesFollowing planned routes and schedules efficientlyCarrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issuesInteracting with the public professionally when requiredMaintaining excellent safety standards at all timesStreet cleansing duties are required.
