This development is compromised of traditional build houses.Your daily activities will include supporting in the day-to-day operation of the development as well as meeting Company objectives for safety, quality, production, cost and presentation.Working closely with the site team, assisting with their organisation, including contractors and sub-contractors and inducting all operatives and visitorsOrganisation of day to day site running's, both in construction and operationUnderstand and implement Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.Maintain company quality and standards in accordance with NHBC and building regulationsManagement of materials, aligning these with the development and budgetsAttend regular site meetings, and conducting regular site inspectionsWith continual growth and plenty of ongoing and upcoming residential developments, we can offer future prospects and progression along with the opportunity to bring your unique skills to contribute to our award winning standards.About You:Proven experience of working within Residential property or house builder sector experienceHold a professional or technical Building qualificationExperience and knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements, NHBC standards and other required building standardsStrong communication skills, with ability to build relationships with all levels of staffAbility to organise and prioritise, and manage time constraints effectivelyWhatever your role at Croudace Homes, you are part of a team that is contributing to our success and we would love to hear from you.Benefits:Flexible working and hybrid working options available25 days holiday increasing to 30 days with serviceSupport in studies to achieve chartered statusPerformance related bonus schemeCompany Car AllowanceProfessional subscriptions paidGenerous pension schemeLife assuranceStaff discount schemeHealth screeningEAP (Employee Assistance Programme)Occupational HealthRegular company social events including annual ball
