The Derby office offers a particularly close-knit and collaborative team, where you will work directly alongside 2 highly experienced Partners in an open and supportive environment.Isn’t it time to progress your career with a firm where your contributions truly make a difference?The RoleTake responsibility for your own caseload of private client matters, covering wills, probate, LPAs, and trust and tax work.Deliver clear and effective advice to a wide range of clients including families, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.Draft, negotiate and review a variety of legal documents including wills, deeds and trust arrangements.Work alongside 2 Partners in the Derby office, collaborating on complex matters while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.Contribute to the development of the team by supporting junior colleagues and engaging in business development activities.YouA qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.Skilled in handling wills, probate, LPAs, and ideally tax and trust matters.Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ambitious and motivated to progress into a senior-level role.A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive setting.Benefits25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave.Healthcare cash plan.Private Medical Insurance.Travel benefits.Pension scheme.Well-being programme.Discounts on selected legal services.Hybrid working once probation is successfully completed.If you are an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking a senior position, or already in a senior role and looking for a new challenge at a well-established Legal 200 firm in Derby, then apply online today or contact Toby Ryan at QED Legal Recruitment for more details.
