They will expect to find the same in you.Are you ready to create awesomeness?ResponsibilitiesBalance the economy of features, payouts, prizes and currencies in the gameDefine and lead monetization strategies across all of our games, balancing revenue growth with long-term player engagement.Own the design, implementation, and analysis of in-game monetization, including pricing, offers, rewards, sinks/sources, and LiveOps.Partner with our product team, data, and UI/UX designers to shape monetization initiatives that feel great and convert well.Deep dive into data to identify monetization opportunities, segment player behaviors, and optimize offers and events.Develop A/B tests to experiment with bundles, pricing models, and promotions.Support the planning and execution of monetization-driven LiveOps and VIP events.Stay on top of Skill-Based gaming industry trends and competitor tactics to keep our games innovative and competitive.Requirements5+ years of experience in game economy design, in mobile free-to-play or real-money gaming.Strong grasp of monetization mechanics and user psychology.Deep familiarity with in-game purchasing behaviors and player segmentation strategies.Data-savvy: strong Excel/Sheets skills, preferably SQL autonomous as wellExperience working with BI dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Quicksight or similar)Proven ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable revenue growthGreat communicator - able to present complex ideas simply and collaborate across disciplinesPassion for games and an understanding of how players interact with monetization systemsExcellent English communication skills, both written and oralExtra pointsBA/B.Sc. in Economy/Mathematics or another quantitative fieldPerksAn attractive salary that meets your expectationsHome office budget - craft a top-notch environment to create wonders fromStock options - when the company succeeds, you become richNo office - work from anywhere you want toNo-fuss vacation days - take them when you want toWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
