You will play a key part in helping people maintain or regain their independence by coordinating assessments, organising essential equipment or adaptations, and ensuring smooth communication between service users, families, professionals, and partner agencies. Your role helps to keep the service running efficiently—supporting Occupational Therapists, managing workflow, and ensuring that residents receive the right support at the right time. Ultimately, the purpose of the job is to improve quality of life for individuals across Kingston while contributing to a responsive, compassionate, and high-quality OT service.About YouWe're looking for a motivated and organised individual who brings both solid skills and a passion for supporting others. You'll need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and have experience using case-based ICT systems, along with strong literacy, numeracy, interpersonal, and IT abilities. Ideally, you will also have experience working with adults in a care or health setting, a basic understanding of occupational therapy, and a good standard of written and verbal communication. Confidence with record-keeping, basic IT skills, and access to transport for visiting residents are also desirable.
