Associate Territory Manager

The primary role of the Associate Territory Manager will be to provide support, education, training, and advice on the application of products within the Rayner product portfolio.You will be working with Rayner's existing key customers across the NHS and Private sector across the North-West of England.You must be residing in any of the following locations: Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Clwyd, Gwynedd.What You'll Be DoingEngage with Clinicians, Theatre staff and all other key healthcare professionals providing support where necessary in Rayners Key accountsImplement ongoing training plans with Rayners key customer base in line with customer requirementsIdentify areas of sales growth within key accountsSupport educational program activities regionallyConsignment management in key accounts in line with KPI'sBuild and maintain key Surgeon and Clinical relationships across the regions Key AccountsResponsible for planning own time appropriately to maximise efficiencyWork collaboratively with Territory manager on respective regionsEffectively use CRM system and undertake appropriate administration to demonstrate effective performance.Work with respective Territory Manager to develop local business plans that fall in line with the Key Account plans and strategyAt all times be aware of and work to the requirements of the Company's policies and directions on Health and SafetyWhat Experience Do You NeedUniversity degree qualification or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related fieldLooking to join a fast pace growing environment with a view to grow into a sales roleHighly competent with MS OfficeFull UK Driving LicenseWhat We Can Offer YouPrivate Healthcare (access to remote GP & Counselling) for peace of mindAnnual Wellbeing Reimbursement to care for your mind and bodyPension Plan to secure your futureEnhanced Parental Pay to support new familiesReferral Bonus to benefit from recommending talent
