This position offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced tax professional to take ownership of the groups tax compliance, reporting, and governance processes.The Tax Manager will play a key role within the finance function, ensuring all tax obligations are met in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining a strong control environment.Responsibilities of the Tax Manager include:Manage external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tax provisions and returns.Review tax submissions and communicate potential liabilities to key stakeholders.Prepare concise and informative reports for internal leadership and investor tax teams.Ensure compliance with relevant international tax measures, including Corporate Interest Restriction, UK/US Anti-Hybrid rules, and Transfer Pricing requirements.Develop and maintain detailed tax forecast models aligned with business plans, providing clear visibility of future tax liabilities to senior leadership.Review, strengthen, and maintain robust internal tax processes and control frameworks.Manage a comprehensive and efficient tax document management system.Provide technical support and guidance on VAT, SDLT, CIS, and employment tax matters as required.The successful Tax Manager will require the following skills and qualifications:Professionally qualified (ACA/CTA or equivalent).Extensive Real Estate tax experience (accounting practice or within industry).Knowledge of international tax principles and reporting requirements.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex tax matters to non-tax audiences in an understandable manner.Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.This role represents an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Tax Manager seeking to broaden their exposure within a complex and growing business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence tax strategy, enhance governance standards, and work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations.
