You'll play a key role in client relationships, cost planning, and strategic input during project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Pre- and post-contract cost managementPreparing cost plans, tender documents, and contract documentationManaging procurement and contract administrationLeading client meetings and providing strategic adviceMentoring junior team membersSupporting business development and client growth initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in quantity surveying (consultancy background preferred)MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumenExperience with JCT and/or NEC contractsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyA proactive mindset and team-oriented approachWhat’s in it for You?Competitive salaryCar allowanceFlexible / hybrid workingClear path to Associate / Director-level rolesExposure to landmark projects across the UKA supportive team culture and regular CPDReady to make your next move?
