Our mission is to provide practical, hands‑on training that prepares learners for real, career‑ready roles.We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SIA Teacher / Assessor to join our team. This role involves delivering SIA‑approved training, assessing learners, and supporting them throughout their journey to success in the security industry.Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver SIA training courses in line with SIA standards and our curriculum. * Assess learners’ competency, knowledge, and performance, using a range of assessment methods. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, helping them achieve their qualification goals. * Maintain accurate records of learner progress, feedback, and assessment outcomes. * Design engaging, interactive, and inclusive training sessions for a diverse learner base. * Collaborate with other staff to maintain and improve the quality of teaching, assessment, and learning. * Keep up to date with SIA regulations, industry best practices, and assessment / teaching standards.Ideal Candidate / Required Qualifications: * MUST hold a teaching qualification, such as: * Recognised teaching qualifications (e.g., Level 3/4 Award or Certificate in Education & Training (Or older qualifications such as A1 / D32 / D33) * Experience delivering or assessing security‑industry or vocational training (desirable). * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Passionate about supporting learners into meaningful careers in the security sector. * Able to adapt teaching and assessment methods to suit different learning styles.Why Join Us: * Be part of a mission-driven, growing organisation. * Deliver training and assessments that have a tangible and positive impact on our learners’ lives. * Opportunity for professional development and progressionIf you’re passionate about helping people build careers in the security industry, we’d love to hear from you.
