Job DescriptionParaplanner - Hybrid BathKey Responsibilities: Writing suitability reports; preparing client review packs; managing illustration requests.The Role: Our client is seeking a Paraplanner for a critical role supporting a high-performing Adviser within a small and collaborative support team. You will be responsible for the full range of paraplanning duties, working within a fun, dynamic, and professional environment.The Business: Our client is a well-respected Financial Planning firm with an excellent reputation. The firm is forward-thinking, embraces technology, and prides itself on technical expertise and outstanding customer service.Responsibilities: Conduct investment portfolio reviews, including asset allocation analysis aligned to clients' attitude to risk; compile investment, pension, and protection illustrations, projections and supporting documentation; prepare suitability reports and client service agreement letters; assist with checking valuations; ensure all client files comply with FCA regulations and internal policies; deliver a comprehensive Paraplanner service within an IFA environment.Requirements: Working towards or holding relevant financial planning qualifications (Certificate in Paraplanning or Level 4 Diploma preferred); previous experience as a Paraplanner; confidence working alongside Advisers and providing accurate technical support on client cases.Benefits: Competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
