Job DescriptionYT Tech is working with a leading R&D-driven technology company developing advanced electronic systems. Were seeking a Principal Hardware Systems Engineer to join their team and take full ownership of complex projects from concept and design through to production and ongoing support.This is a hands-on role in a small, dynamic team, giving you the opportunity to influence product development, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to innovative technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system-level design and development across hardware, electronics, and RF systemsAct as technical authority and customer-facing lead for assigned productsOversee design reviews, system validation, and configuration controlManage and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teamsEnsure manufacturability, reliability, and product qualitySupport bids, proposals, and coordination with suppliers and partnersEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong engineering background in electronics, hardware, or RF systemsProven experience delivering products from concept to productionExperience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teamsBroad knowledge of system architectures, embedded systems, and electronicsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with formal systems engineering processesDesirable SkillsExperience with Aras Innovator or Altium DesignerKnowledge of RF and electronic test equipmentExperience with Python or SysMLExperience leading large or complex technical bidsIf interested, please apply with your recent CV and I will give you a call to discussJBRP1_UKTJ
