Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our services and build relationships will be key to your success.Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing our services and generating interestIdentify and qualify leads, passing them on to the sales team for further engagementMaintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in our CRM systemUtilise a consultative sales approach, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clientsStrive to meet and exceed personal and team lead generation targetsThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales.RequirementsExperience in b2b lead generation with exceptional telephone mannerAbility to build rapport quickly and effectivelyHighly motivated with a passion for sales and hitting targetsGood organisational skills and attention to detailProfessional, Confident, Well spoken, well presented individualsPC Skills essential with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of working with CRM SystemsCan work on own initiativeCan work autonomously and as part of a teamBenefitsBase salary £26,000 per annum + uncapped commission.
