With steady growth and an expanding client base, we're now looking for an experienced individual to help drive forward SEO strategies and deliver real impact.This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside senior SEO specialists and contributing to campaigns where meaningful optimisations can make a real difference.The RoleThey're seeking an individual experienced in SEO to join the team as a Manager to support with strategy creation and management for our existing and upcoming clients. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery across a variety of different clients (no two days will be the same).As we offer full-service SEO, we are looking for individuals who are excited by the prospect of working across content, technical, and local optimisations. You may not have had long-term experience across all three, but an understanding of how they communicate with each other and a willingness to get stuck in is all we ask for.As they continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to support with pitching for new business, as well as managing new hires.You will be expected to be in our office in Shoreditch 2–3 days per week.What will you be doing?As a young agency, you will have a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction and growth of our SEO offering.As we continue to grow, we will rely on your expertise in SEO to help us build a best-in-class practice, including thinking about how our offering develops as the world of SEO (and SGO) continues to evolve. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of our agency and the services we offer.Core responsibilities will include:Driving forward, and effectively communicating performance of, SEO strategiesBuilding strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project/retainer-based workConducting SEO audits as part of initial delivery for new clients, as well as semi-regular audits as required, spanning across content, technical (incl. site speed), and local SEO to form the basis of an ongoing roadmapExecuting and delivering content briefs on a regularly scheduled basisExecuting and delivering technical optimisations on a regularly scheduled basisConducting monthly reporting on an ongoing basis in Looker Studio for existing clients, as well as impact reporting to communicate the value of optimisations made for clients, using tools such as GSC, GA4, Semrush, and moreCollaborating with the SEO Lead to define the overall SEO strategy of the department, shaping best practices and working with platform providers to get the most out of our dataCollaborating with our internal Experimentation and Analytics teams to drive our vision for website optimisation further; seeking opportunities for combined case studies, ways of working, innovation, and moreCollaborating with our media agency partners to drive a combined SEO/PPC strategy for applicable clientsSupporting with the mentoring, training, and development of junior team membersWhat are we looking for?At least 3 years of agency-side experience in SEO, ideally with experience across content, technical, and local SEO (but we would still love to hear from you if you have naturally focused on one area) in a client-facing roleConfident with best practices across Content, Technical (including site speed), & Local SEO, with an understanding of how the three disciplines interact with each otherAn ability to prioritise SEO recommendations in an effective strategy to drive results for clientsPassionate about the role SEO can play for a client/ability to communicate its value with easeHighly confident with data manipulation within Google Search Console & GA4Highly confident with using tools such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker StudioStrong communication & account management skillsStrong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and a desire to be innovativeNice to havesExperienced with building SEO business cases to communicate value of optimisationsExperienced with partners such as Yext/an ability to manipulate information in Google Business ProfilesExperienced across multiple verticals (eCommerce, B2B, Healthcare, Restricted Industries)Experienced with working with web development or copywriting partnersExperienced with collaborating with other marketing channels such as PPC/CROPerks of the job25 days holiday per year + days off over Christmas + two volunteering daysA hybrid working approach; 2–3 days in our Shoreditch office, and we will help get you set up with a home office set-up that suits youOn-demand mental health and well-being platform20% of your time set aside for learning and development, including time off for conferencesPlenty of opportunities for training and growth.
