Job DescriptionConveyancer - HybridLeicester£30,000 to £50,000The FirmMy client is a well-established and highly respected law firm with deep roots in Leicester and the surrounding areas. This is a firm that combines traditional values with a modern outlook, creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and clients return time and again.The RoleThe successful candidate will:Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.Handle more complex matters such as leasehold transactions, new build purchases, and shared ownership.Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.Provide clear and practical advice, ensuring clients fully understand their transactions.Supervise and support junior members of staff where required.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and firm policies.Contribute to the growth and development of the conveyancing team and the wider firm.YouThe ideal candidate will have:Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or substantial experience in residential conveyancing.A proven track record of handling a varied caseload independently.Strong client care skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.The confidence to work independently while being a supportive team player.A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.Do you want to work somewhere your efforts will be recognised and your career progression supported?
