If you want to be a go-to Senior CDM Consultant within a high-performing team, this is the perfect opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full Principal Designer and CDM advisory servicesLead design reviews and influence design risk managementSupport clients across commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projectsBuild strong relationships with designers, contractors and stakeholdersProduce CPPs, Pre-Construction Information and design-related documentationMust-Have RequirementsAt least 4 years CDM / Principal Designer experienceStrong understanding of CDM 2015NEBOSH General, Construction or equivalent safety qualificationExcellent report writing and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyBecome the Senior CDM Consultant that drives safety excellence across the region
