As a Primary ECT in Doncaster, you will be delivering engaging lessons, developing classroom management skills, and building confidence as a teacher within nurturing and inclusive school settings.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum.Foster a supportive learning environment where every child feels valued.Collaborate with experienced teachers, mentors, and support staff.Build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support progress and wellbeing.Engage with induction and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice.Candidate Requirements? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).? Enthusiasm for teaching and making a positive difference in education.? Willingness to participate in professional development and mentoring.? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).?
