Job DescriptionRole: Welder FabricatorLocation: WarwickHours: Days only, Monday - Thursday (4 day working week)Salary: Up to £33,881kWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Welder / Fitter to join our client's production team in WarwickThis is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for welding and fitting components to exacting standards, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality expectations in line with BS EN ISO 9001.The Role: * Carry out MIG & MAG welding on medium - heavy steel fabrications * Building and tacking weld fabrications from engineering drawings * Identify and correct faults in fabrications * Flexibility to move between departments and learning new skillsIdeal Candidate: * Experience in MIG & MAG welding, with medium - heavy steel fabrication * Ability to read engineering drawings * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and areas * Ability to work in confined spaces and perform occassional heavy lifting * Pendant crane and coded welding are desirable
