The team works across a diverse range of projects, combining creativity with technical excellence to deliver buildings that inspire and perform.Role & ResponsibilitiesUndertaking condition surveys and fabric inspections of historic and listed buildingsLeading projects from initial inspection through to completion, acting as contract administratorManaging conservation repair and maintenance works, ensuring compliance with heritage and statutory requirementsCoordinating with architects, conservation specialists, engineers, and clientsAdvising on the use of traditional materials and appropriate repair techniques.Required Skills & ExperienceMRICS or MCIOB is desirableStrong understanding of historic construction and traditional materialsConfident undertaking condition surveys and fabric inspectionsProven experience delivering conservation projects from inspection to completion5 + years' experience in heritage and conservation.What you get backCompetitive salary DOE37.5-hour working weekProfessional development support and conservation accreditation opportunitiesOpportunity to work on nationally significant heritage sites.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
