You’ll champion excellence across operations, nurture strong community and client relationships, and empower your team to reach new heights of service and innovation.If you’re a proven hospitality or venue leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a passion for creating best-in-class guest experiences, this is your opportunity to shape the future of one of Scotland’s most dynamic and prestigious event destinations.What You'll Do:Oversee all operational functions including Food & Beverage, Events and Health & Safety.Ensure the venue is consistently presented to the highest standards for all eventsChampion continuous improvement in service delivery, quality assurance, and guest experience.Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing on-site team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellenceOversee recruitment, training, and succession planning to build capability and resilience.Promote employee engagement and wellbeing through inclusive leadership and recognition.What You Bring:Essential:Proven experience in senior venue, hospitality, or events management roles.Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.Exceptional leadership and people management skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Desirable:Experience in racecourse or large-scale event environments.Understanding of event design, costing, and operational logistics.Track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
