POSITION: Fire Service Site EngineerThe main purpose of the Fire Service Engineer role is to be responsible for maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems and emergency lighting at a large-scale hospital in Brighton, ensuring they meet current standards and customer requirements, while delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely issue resolution.This role involves providing technical advice, conducting routine inspections, and performing repairs, all with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and safety across various sites.SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £40,000 (This includes base and overtime)LOCATION: Site based at a large hospital in BrightonWORKING HOURS: Monday Friday 8-4 (flexibility is required with some out of hours project work)BENEFITS:25 days holiday,plus bank holidaysZero call outs & site based no travelling long distancesStable, long-term work with a leading global businessCompany VehicleOnline GP for you and your familyEmployee Referral Scheme (£1000)Company Pension Scheme (5% employer contribution)Life Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)A Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discountsHealth & Wellbeing ResourcesBravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellenceWhat you will doConducting Routine Inspections: inspect fire safety systems (alarms and emergency lighting) to relevant British Standards whilst adhering to health & safety requirementsPerforming Maintenance and Repairs: Planning your own day, youll be site based, across a large camposProviding Technical Advice: offer guidance to our customers on fire safety best practices and help them understand and comply with fire safety regulationsWhat we look forTechnical / Industry Knowledge: This role is working on life safety systems.
