Together, were building a better future.About the Role/team:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bathroom Installer/Fitter to join our Planned Works team. This is your chance to make a difference in peoples homes, delivering high-quality bathroom installations in a supportive and collaborative environment.As a Bathroom Installer, you'll be responsible for installing complete bathroom suites, including bath, WC, wash hand basin, decoration, tiling, flooring, and fitting accessories. Youll work to the highest standard, ensuring that each installation is carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Install complete bathrooms, including tiling, flooring, and all relevant fixtures and fittingsWork independently and unsupervised to a high standard in line with industry best practices and health and safety regulationsComplete necessary documentation promptly and accurately as per company proceduresCommunicate professionally with residents, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the work being doneUse materials and tools effectively, reducing waste and maintaining stock levels in the company vanComply with all health and safety legislation and company policies, ensuring safe work environmentsOccasionally mentor/supervise less experienced team membersWhat Were Looking ForMust haves:City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2, or equivalent experience in bathroom fitting and general maintenanceApprentice-trained or significant experience as a Bathroom FitterStrong knowledge of building regulations and codes of practiceValid full UK manual driving licenceAbility to carry out bathroom installations to a high standardExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectivelyNice to haves:Experience mentoring or supervising less experienced colleaguesBroader multi-skilled maintenance experienceFor added brilliance:A proactive, customer-focused approach with pride in delivering exceptional serviceStrong organisational skills and adaptabilityExperience in social housing or local authorityBenefitsAt SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
